I found Chaps CITR-UK 2B a top notch company! The laptop was in great condition, as described. Their email support in answering my queries prior 2 buying, was excellent; as was delivery, being 1 day ahead of that promised! :) A really powerful little beast at a great price. I found video on Youtube showing how to remove fluff from the cooling system, if & when necessary, but NO problems ATM. I prefer the keyboard of my surprisingly fast S/H 8yr Dell E7470 but getting used 2 new 1 RECOMMENDED!

The purchase was cancelled by the seller because a final test before shipping the product revealed many errors and the seller did not want to send the item as it was. Which is completely OK. The purchase price was refunded immediately.

Computer arrived on time and packed very well, was as stated in advert and is working well but only had it for 7 days so far, see how long it lasts.

The computer was dispatched promptly, unfortunately it was sent out using DPD, possibly the worst courier service around and it took several attempts to get them to deliver my package so arrived several days later than it should have done. As a refurbished unit I was expecting a few minor scratches. On unpacking I did here a rattling sound from the case, on inspection however I found that the SSD drive was not secured, just hanging from the cables. This should have been secured. -1 star.
