Placing an order All orders must be placed through the website by adding the product/s you want to your basket, proceeding to checkout, and following the on-screen process. Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam filter. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Chaps Direct along with a tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 5 working days of the company receiving your cleared funds, please contact Chaps Direct at By confirming the dispatch of your order, Chaps Direct accepts your offer to buy the products and a legally binding contract between you and Chaps Direct is formed, which is governed by these terms. Chaps Direct only delivers to UK postcodes and will not deliver outside the UK. Delivery types are determined by payment method, and Chaps Direct will only deliver to the registered cardholder's address for credit or debit card payments. If you suspect that your package has been damaged in transit, you should reject the goods or sign for the goods as damaged. Chaps Direct cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries.

Promotion Codes
Refer to our website for specific details on promotion codes for products, order values, and time frames. • Promotion codes are subject to withdrawal without notice, and only one code can be used per transaction. • Grade A/ Brand new products are not eligible for promotion codes unless stated,and clearance products are not eligible for further discounts. • Returning customer promotion codes only apply to orders over £100 Inc VAT. Chaps Direct only accepts payment methods described on the website's 'Payment Terms' page. The company reserves the right to take payment for the goods before their dispatch, but they will try to take payment as close to that time as possible. All payments are inclusive of VAT, and the company cannot charge excluding VAT prices. Refunds are subject to delay based on your card issuer's processes.
