Battery
When purchasing any used device the battery health is always a prime concern. Batteries are classed as consumables which means they will fail overtime. With all our devices we charge the battery to 100% and leave the device on battery power watching a Youtube Video for 30 minutes.
If the battery is below 80% after this time the battery will be replaced for a new replacement.
The battery is also physically inspected for any expanding or damage.
Communication
WIFI & Bluetooth
These functionalities are fully tested, should you need to connect a bluetooth mouse or connect to your router we ensure these functions are working as expected with the OEM range.
Camera & Microphone
In this day and age with Teams & video calls being the norm this is essential to any refurbished laptop. We ensure these function is working as intended.
