Grade A* – Immaculate condition with little to no visible signs of previous use.
Grade A – Excellent condition with only very minor signs of use.
Grade B – Good condition with light cosmetic wear, such as small marks or scratches.
Grade C – Fair condition with noticeable cosmetic wear, marks, scratches or minor dents, but fully functional unless otherwise stated.
Grade D – Heavily used condition with significant cosmetic wear, damage or defects. Any known functional issues will be clearly stated in the product description.

Commercial hardware products that use, or in which have been installed, products or components that have not been provided by Chaps IT Recycling LTD. Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers.

Due to fraudulent activity all serial numbers are recorded and hidden security markings are added to all our devices. If the 30 day returns period has passed from the date of delivery & the fault cannot be replicated the item may be returned with no refund. Orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same day via next day fully insured delivery. On rare occasions we also may be able to ship your order after 1PM. If the item is urgently required for next day & purchased after 1pm, please enquire before purchasing.

This means that if you are unhappy with your item or it didn't meet your expectations you can send the item back to us and we will give you a full refund. Due to an increase in fraudulent activity items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received with all originally included accessories.
