The guarantee does not cover software-related issues, applications, firmware configuration, compatibility issues, accidental damage, misuse, electrical damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or faults caused by accessories, parts or components not supplied or approved by Chaps IT Recycling Limited.
Screen & Previously Disclosed Defects
Any screen blemish, cosmetic defect, damaged or non-working port, casing damage, missing feature or other limitation that was clearly stated in the product title or description at the time of purchase is excluded from the guarantee. These disclosed issues form part of the condition in which the TV was sold and will not be treated as a new guarantee claim.
The guarantee will continue to cover other unrelated hardware failures that were not disclosed as an existing fault at the time of sale.
Products with missing, removed or altered serial numbers, identification labels or security markings may not be covered.
Due to fraudulent activity, serial numbers and identifying information are recorded and hidden security markings may be added to our devices.
Returning an Item
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any item being returned is safely packaged, protected and returned to Chaps IT Recycling Limited in accordance with our returns procedure.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described and the customer has the applicable statutory right to a remedy, reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
