Shipping policy
Orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same day via next day fully insured delivery. On rare occasions we also may be able to ship your order after 1PM. If the item is urgently required for next day & purchased after 1pm please enquire before purchasing.
Smaller low value items will be sent via Royal Mail or EVRi, this can be confirmed by checking the “postage and payments” tab included in the listing. All services are fully tracked to avoid fraudulent activity or claims. If next day delivery is required on lower value items an upgrade option will be available during checkout.
If you are located in the Scottish Highlands, isle of man, Northern Ireland or remote UK areas an additional surcharge will be applied during checkout. A slightly slower service may also be used if next day is not available. Please enquire before purchasing if this is an issue.
