This guarantee covers mechanical and hardware failures that occur during normal use and are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, modification, unauthorised repair, electrical damage or other user-inflicted causes.
The guarantee does not cover software, operating systems, software installation or reinstallation, configuration issues, compatibility problems, consumable parts, or faults caused by accessories, parts or components not supplied or approved by Chaps IT Recycling Limited.
Power-On Tested, Partially Tested, Untested, Faulty / Spares or Repairs & Other Condition
Items sold under any of these condition statuses do not include our standard 6-month hardware guarantee.
