This device comes with a 6 Month hardware & parts guarantee as standard. This covers all mechanical & hardware failures which are not user inflicted. Software, including without limitation, the operating system and software or the reloading of software problems that result, directly or indirectly, from external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power. Due to fraudulent activity all serial numbers are recorded and hidden security markings are added to all our devices. If the 30 day returns period has passed from the date of delivery & the fault cannot be replicated the item may be returned with no refund.

Orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same day via next day fully insured delivery. On rare occasions we also may be able to ship your order after 1PM. If the item is urgently required for next day & purchased after 1pm, please enquire before purchasing.
