Damage caused by incorrect fitting, excessive force, incorrect connections, incompatible equipment, unauthorised modification or installation contrary to manufacturer instructions is not covered by our standard guarantee.
Where a part requires calibration, configuration, firmware installation, resetting, programming or other setup after installation, this does not in itself indicate that the supplied part is faulty.
Consumable items and components subject to normal wear are not covered for depletion or expected wear unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.
