The condition of cabinets and enclosures can vary due to their size, weight and previous use, so we aim to provide clear and accurate information to help you make an informed decision. Wherever possible, each cabinet is photographed individually so that you can see its actual cosmetic condition before purchasing. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the product description. Any noticeable marks, dents, scratches, damaged panels, missing covers, broken fittings or other defects will be shown in the photographs and, where significant, stated in the product description. Due to their nature, refurbished and pre-owned cabinets should be expected to show signs of previous installation, storage and transport. Cosmetic marks, scratches, scuffs, small dents and general wear are common. Please contact us before purchasing if you require clarification regarding the condition, dimensions, included fittings or any other aspect of the cabinet.

This cabinet comes with a 6-month hardware & parts guarantee as standard. The guarantee covers faults with the cabinet and any mechanical components supplied as part of the sale, provided the issue is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, overloading, modification or other user-inflicted damage. Where applicable, this may include components such as doors, hinges, locks, handles, castors, feet, mounting rails and other supplied fittings. The guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear, marks, scratches, scuffs, dents or other cosmetic imperfections that were visible in the product photographs or stated in the product description at the time of purchase. These form part of the condition in which the cabinet is being sold. The guarantee also does not cover damage caused during installation, relocation or transport after collection or delivery, or damage resulting from the use of unsuitable accessories, fittings or components not supplied or approved by Chaps IT Recycling Limited. Any servicing, repairs, alterations or modifications carried out without authorisation from Chaps IT Recycling Limited may invalidate the guarantee. Products with missing, removed or altered identification labels, serial numbers or security markings may not be covered.

Due to fraudulent activity, identifying information may be recorded and hidden security markings may be added to our products.

If the 30-day returns period has passed and a reported fault cannot be replicated following inspection, the cabinet may be returned to the customer without a refund.

Orders placed before 1PM will usually be dispatched the same working day where a suitable delivery service is available. On some occasions we may also be able to dispatch orders placed after 1PM. If the item is urgently required, please contact us before purchasing to confirm the available delivery timescale.

Due to the size, weight and nature of some cabinets, certain items may be collection only from our premises at S35 2PH. Where delivery is not available, this will be stated in the product listing where possible. Please contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure whether a particular cabinet can be shipped.

Where delivery is available, services are normally tracked. Larger or heavier cabinets may require a specialist, palletised or alternative delivery service and delivery times may therefore vary.

Customers located in the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or other remote UK areas may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge. A slower or alternative delivery service may also be required where next-day delivery is unavailable. Please enquire prior to purchase if this may affect your order.

All our products come with a 30-day returns period. If you are unhappy with your purchase or it does not meet your expectations, you may return the item to us in accordance with our returns terms and conditions.

The customer is responsible for arranging the safe return of the item to Chaps IT Recycling Limited and for any associated return transport or postage costs, unless otherwise agreed. Due to the size and weight of cabinets, customers should ensure that a suitable transport method is used.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were supplied and with all originally included accessories, fittings and components. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is adequately protected and secured for the return journey.

Any damage caused during the return journey as a result of inadequate packaging, handling or unsuitable transport may affect the amount refunded.

Due to fraudulent activity, identifying information, serial numbers and security markings may be recorded before dispatch or collection.
