Large interactive screens are usually via local collection only - Sheffield S35 2PH . If you arrange your own courier to collect this device please be advised that we may not be able to prepare this device for transport, please send us a message prior to purchase.
Further Info or Defects: Device is in good condition for it's size and age, some marks to the casing, PC Module did boot once but then won't boot again for some reason, shows it is powered on but will not connect to the display. Screen pressure mark to the LCD going down the top centre

Orders placed before 1 PM will be dispatched the same day via next-day fully insured delivery. If the item is urgently required for the next-day & and purchased after 1 PM please enquire before purchasing as depending on workload we may still be able to ship your item for next-day delivery
The postage method can be confirmed by checking the “postage and payments” tab included in the listing including the name of the courier we will be using. All services are fully tracked with GPS and delivery photos to avoid fraudulent activity or claims. Some of our lower-value items will not qualify for next-day delivery as standard however, if this is required an upgrade option will be available at checkout
If you are located in the Scottish Highlands, Isle-of-Man, Northern Ireland or remote UK areas an additional surcharge will be applied during checkout. A slightly slower service may also be used if the next day is not available. Please enquire before purchasing if this is an issue.
All our international postage is handled by eBay & and their Global Shipping Programme. We have no control over the import taxes or couriers, this is handled by eBay as we ship to eBays global shipping centre and have no control over the item once it arrives at the GSP facility. eBay will also be able to supply VAT invoices for this transaction as the supplied invoice by us will not include all import fees which are applied by eBay and the global shipping programme.

What is Covered Your 60 Day Guarantee return to base cover against Mechanical / Electrical Breakdown of the Equipment purchased. Cover includes parts, labour and return courier costs (inc VAT) during normal working hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday) subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of Your policy which can be supplied on request or found on our website.
What is Not Covered
- Return charges where a fault cannot be found or where the fault relates to a software or program error.
- Unauthorised modifications to the Equipment.
- Accidental damage.
- Failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions for the care of the Equipment.
- Costs not authorised by the Provider or its appointed engineers.
- Faults relating to the installation of the Equipment, software installation, and corrupted software installed on the Equipment or due to computer viruses.
- Deliberate damage or neglect of the Equipment.
-Repair to or Damage of a cosmetic nature caused by but not limited to denting, scratching, chipping, staining, and rust or corrosion.
- Claims arising as a result of normal wear and tear (e.g. belts, fuses, batteries).
- Loss of data or information from the Equipment.
- If the manufacturer / Refurbisher seal is broken then all benefits under the policy will cease.

Due to fraudulent activity, meter counts, consumable levels & all serial numbers are recorded and hidden security markings are added to all our printers & parts including warranty seals.
If a claim is made that the item is not as described or defective in order to obtain a free return label and this cannot be verified we will report the issue to eBay for the appropriate action to be taken against your eBay account, the return postage may be deducted from the refund. If an issue arises with your item, we will be able to assist you and advise you of the best plan going forward. Please drop us a message via eBay
If the 30-day returns period has passed from the date of delivery & the fault cannot be replicated the item may be returned with no refund.
This item comes with a 30-day return guarantee. This means that if you are unhappy with your item or it didn't meet your expectations you can send the item back to us and we will give you a full refund.
Due to an increase in fraudulent activity items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received with all originally included accessories. All serial numbers are recorded & security seals/markings are added to ensure no fraudulent activity is carried out on the item. Return postage must also be covered by the buyer.
If a fraudulent claim is made that the item is faulty and the fault cannot be replicated on return, we will report the issue to eBay for the appropriate action to be taken against your eBay account and any return postages or used consumables may be deducted from your refund.
