scratching, chipping, staining, and rust or corrosion.- Claims arising as a result of normal wear and tear (e.g. belts, fuses,
batteries).- Loss of data or information from the Equipment.- If the manufacturer / Refurbisher seal is broken then all benefits under the
policy will cease.
Due to fraudulent activity, all serial numbers are recorded and hidden security
markings are added to all our devices including warranty seals.
If a claim is made stating that the item is not as described or defective in
order to obtain a free return label, and this claim cannot be verified, we will
report the issue to eBay for appropriate action against your eBay account. In
such cases, the cost of return postage may be deducted from the refund. If any
