All of our pre-owned printers are supplied with a minimum of 10% remaining toner or ink. During the testing process, we will make every effort to provide a photo showing the current consumable levels.
If toner or ink levels are low, the listed price will have already been adjusted accordingly.
Installation discs or software are not included; however, the necessary drivers and software can be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer’s website. If required, we are happy to provide a direct download link. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
Guarantee
This device comes with a 90-day hardware & parts guarantee as standard. This covers all mechanical & hardware failures which are not user inflicted. Software, including without limitation, the operating system and software or the reloading of software problems that result, directly or indirectly, from external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power. Servicing not authorised by Chaps IT Recycling Limited. Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions. Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
Using accessories, parts or components not supplied by Chaps IT Recycling LTD. Commercial hardware products that use, or in which have been installed, products or components that have not been provided by Chaps IT Recycling LTD. Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers.
Due to fraudulent activity all serial numbers are recorded and hidden security markings are added to all our devices.
If the 30 day returns period has passed from the date of delivery & the fault cannot be replicated the item may be returned with no refund.

Printers under 30KG - Orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same day via next day fully insured delivery. On rare occasions we also may be able to ship your order after 1PM. If the item is urgently required for next day & purchased after 1pm, please enquire before purchasing.
Printers Over 30KG A palletised surcharge option may be available at checkout - However local collection is preferred

If you are located in the Scottish Highlands, isle of man, Northern Ireland or remote UK areas an additional surcharge will be applied during checkout. A slightly slower service may also be used if next day is not available. Please enquire before purchasing if this is an issue.
