This device comes with a 6 month & parts guarantee as standard.

The guarantee covers mechanical and hardware failures that occur during normal use and are not caused by the user.

Grade D / Working With Defects: Any fault, defect, missing functionality, damaged component or limitation that is clearly stated in the product title or description at the time of purchase is excluded from the guarantee. These disclosed issues form part of the condition in which the item is being sold and will not be treated as a new guarantee claim.

The guarantee will continue to cover other unrelated hardware or mechanical failures that were not disclosed as an existing fault at the time of sale.

The guarantee does not cover software-related issues, including the operating system, software installation or reinstallation, or faults resulting directly or indirectly from accident, abuse, misuse, electrical power problems or other external causes.

The guarantee also does not cover servicing, repairs or modifications not authorised by Chaps IT Recycling Limited; use that is not in accordance with the product instructions; failure to carry out appropriate preventative maintenance; or faults caused by accessories, parts or components not supplied or approved by Chaps IT Recycling Limited.

Products with missing, removed or altered service tags, serial numbers, security markings or warranty seals may not be covered.

Due to fraudulent activity, all serial numbers are recorded and hidden security markings may be added to our devices.

If the 30-day returns period has passed and a reported fault cannot be replicated following inspection and testing, the item may be returned to the customer without a refund.

Orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same day via next day fully insured delivery. On rare occasions we also may be able to ship your order after 1PM. If the item is urgently required for next day & purchased after 1pm, please enquire before purchasing.

This means that if you are unhappy with your item or it didn't meet your expectations you can send the item back to us and we will give you a full refund. Due to an increase in fraudulent activity items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received with all originally included accessories. All parts are recorded & security markings added to ensure no fraudulent activity is carried out on the item. Return postage must also be covered by the buyer.
